Super convenient location and the staff were all really nice—especially Brian, who always greeted us with a smile and helped out with any questions we had. Breakfast was pretty good—not a huge variety, but definitely worth the price. We stayed in the family suite, which was really spacious and comfy. Got some solid rest and would happily stay here again.

Hotel location is very convenience, it's in the main road of the city. You can walk to the river and Ben Thanh market. I love the breakfast here, very variety and good quality. It's over standard of the 3 stars hotel. The staff is friendly and mindful.

Basically, everything was fine to very good. the bathroom was good, but unfortunately the floor got wet when showering as there was no shower partition but otherwise everything was fine The fitness room was very small, but I don't think the visitors really train there either. also the pool upstairs, nice but a bit too small, but nice view

Generally we were happy with the facilities. The pictures advertising the hotel show people drinking cocktails in the jacuzzi, but there was nowhere to get a drink. A bit of advice to travellers, don't book your transfer through the hotel from the airport to the hotel,as they charged us 3 times the amount it cost us to get back to the airport in a general taxi. The staff were very friendly.

The location is excellent with many places of interest in easy walking distance. The staff were most friendly and helpful. Love the view from the rooftop jacuzzi. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a range from which to choose, and eggs freshly cooked as you asked them to be done. Again, the staff in the breakfast room were first class. The hotel room in which I stayed was spacious with a very comfortable bed and a bathtub - which I always enjoy. Very good value for money.

What the hotel lacked in amenities, it made up for in the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Amazing hospitality - especially from the doorman Brian, who gave us so many good recommendations! We were walking distance from most attractions and honestly, for the price, we can't complain!!

Prime location, awesome staff(above all, the kind receptionist Cary) and very very clean all around, which is always a great plus. I loved it all!

the location is great, direct in the City Center and all the Maik activities are walkable. overall we had a good stay in this hotel, room was clean and comfortable. staff was helpful and friendly. definitely recommend.

Every staff is very helpful to guests. The room space is good for 2 people with comfy twin beds. Great location in the city center.

This hotel is located in the beating heart of the city with good access to the main sights of District 1. Although it's on a busy street inside the hotel is peaceful and comfortable. The rooftop bar and jacuzzi pool were very much appreciated after a long day. The staff were friendly and attentive.
